Smith stood against Americans’ 2nd Amendment rights

When it comes to the 2nd Amendment, Jason Smith again stands with the radical left’s agenda, and against the rights of regular Americans.

In January 2017, Smith sponsored a bill “to require a twenty-eight day waiting period” for certain firearm purchases.[1]

In April 2017, Smith voted against a bill to expand South Carolina concealed handgun laws.[2]
