James Smith is a friend and long-time supporter President Joe Biden and endorsed him in for the Democratic nomination for President in both the 2008 and 2016 elections.[1] CNN even reported that Smith’s 2018 campaign was used to help build lists and an organizing structure to be turned over to Biden’s camp in preparation for his 2020 presidential campaign.[2]
